A classic escape routine. The performer is locked in a large examined "mailbag" from which they magically escape. The bag can be thoroughly examined before and after performance. It is a canvas bag, with metal grommets on top. A solid examined steel bar is passed through these grommets, with padlocks on both ends of the bar. This is a very effective escape act that may be presented as a complete act or embellished with additional escape props.
The Performer could be handcuffed and then placed in the bag and escape from both bag and handcuffs.
The bag could be used in-conjunction with a Substitution trunk, with performer's assistant being handcuffed and locked in bag and then the trunk. The Performer standing on trunk changes places with the assistant in the twinkling of an eye.
This comes complete! The apparatus supplied comprises of :-
