You show a paper with a grid of sixteen squares (4×4) alternately marked with noughts & crosses. A spectator freely selects the noughts or crosses.

The paper is folded and given a single cut with scissors, when opened all the squares with the selected sign are intact and joined together in a lattice pattern, while the squares of the other design have been cut clean away! This really does look fantastic.
