Two spectators each select a card from the deck. The cards are then lost back into the deck, and using just the jokers, and one cut you locate both cards. The surprise is that when you hand the cards back to the spectators it is found that you are actually holding their cards, and which have instantly swapped places with the two jokers (which they have).

Brilliant routine, that takes a small amount of practise.
