This is a showy effect that can be performed surrounded.

You show your audience two empty cylinders and an empty cage. The two cylinders cover the empty cage, and when they are lifted, four solid balls have appeared in the cage. The balls can be taken out and given for examination if wished, or used for a follow up effect.
