The magicians shows a large envelope with a prediction inside. A spectator selects a card, let’s say the nine of hearts. The magician announces that the card is pictured inside the envelope! The envelope is opened and a framed piece of transparent plastic showing the entire deck of cards faces on one side and backs on the other! Of course, the prediction is correct – all the cards are there!

Not very impressive but the magician offers to take it a step further. The frame is slide back into the envelope and handed to the spectator to hold. They concentrate on the card and when the frame is removed again one card is seen to be face down, the predicted card.
